On Saturday 13th July, former president Donald Trump had an assassination attempt made on his life. The shooter was identified as 20 year old Thomas Crooks who was allegedly a loner Republican with a vendetta against Trump.
The event initially had much of the general public in shock. However, there were a few (including me) that had reservations about what we were being told happened that day and what actually happened. Of course, these were immediately dismissed by many in the mainstream media and academia as ridiculous conspiracy theories for those with vivid imaginations.
Two weeks later, information gathered regarding the events of that day shed a very different light on the matter. Was this an inside job? Today G-CNN will attempt to examine some of the anomalies surrounding the Trump shooting which make the possibility of it being an inside job not sound so ridiculous after all…

The Shooting:
Much like many others involved in high profile political assassination attempts, Thomas Crooks has been given the ‘lone nut’ label, Lee Harvey Oswald being the most obvious comparison. The desperate mad man who did it for no apparent reason. This is the image the media creates and this then becomes the logic for explaining the actions of a ‘mad man’.
Looking beyond that, a far more sinister picture emerges and serious questions begin to arise. For example, how was a 20 year old kid able to walk a mile to the Trump rally and casually get situated on a rooftop (the nearest to Trump) carrying a ladder and a weapon no less? All this while evading the Secret Service? Such an obvious location would never be ignored or overlooked by the SS. The reason Crooks was able to get situated on that rooftop is because it was not surveyed that day, a fact which was later admitted by the Director of the Secret Service, Kim Cheatle (more on her in Part 2).
On July 15th, the New York Post published an article including which featured a former 14 year veteran of the Canadian sniper unit, Dallas Alexander, who had this to say about the assassination attempt:
“I’m very familiar with the layout of these types of things and what the job should be,”
“And yesterday what happened, I have no doubts in my mind that the shooter had help from somewhere within an agency, an organization, or the government,”
“Something happened. I’m not pointing fingers at anyone, it’s just too obvious that this guy had help getting there. Whether someone turned a blind eye or it was strategically planned. Events like that, security like that … it’s not a small thing and that is the most obvious place to be.” (New York Post, 2024)
Retired Green Beret Matthew Murphy also echoed alexanders sentiments:
“You’re gonna tell me that that kid went through all those levels of security, somehow got into the closest building to the president and accessed the rooftop, then had the time to unpack his rifle, lay down and then take five to eight well-aimed shots at the president before he was decisively engaged?”
“There’s absolutely no way possible that kid was able to get up there and take those shots at the president without a lot of internal help,” (New York Post, 2024)
These are the questions that need to be asked. This is one of the best intelligence agencies in the world and you’re telling me they were just that incompetent as not to check the most obvious location? The whole story stinks to high heaven as we will see the further we go into the events of the day.
More anomalies are seen in the fact that Crooks had surveyed the location of the area previously that day using drone footage. The drone had circled the location several times to study the landscape of the location. Why had the SS not done that? Why had this not been picked up by the SS as suspicious activity on the day of the former President’s rally?
A crowd of people had been seen pointing towards the rooftop alerting authorities to the shooter’s presence minutes before, yet nothing was done.
A BBC article later stated:
“One witness told the BBC that he had seen a man – believed to be Crooks – with a rifle on the roof of a building before Trump was shot.”
“There are police running around. We’re telling them there’s a guy on the roof with a rifle,” Greg Smith told the BBC. “Secret Service is looking at us through binoculars, and I’m pointing right at the roof.”
Multiple videos appear to confirm that claim, with some showing rallygoers shouting at police.

The SS themselves identified the shooter a staggering Twenty minutes before the shooting according to the BBC (July 18th 2024) and Trump was still allowed to go out onstage as if everything was ok.
The BBC also recently released a timeline of events leading up to the shooting:
- Around 17:11: local officers spot Crooks and notify other law enforcement but then lose track of him, according to briefings between police and lawmakers
- 17:45: A counter sniper officer calls in with a report and a photo of a man – who turned out to be Crooks – acting suspiciously around a building near the rally, according to local media reports
- 17:52: US Secret Service become aware of a suspicious person with a rangefinder on the ground, according to sources familiar with the briefing to lawmakers
- 18:03: Trump begins speaking at the rally
- Around 18:09: Rallygoers spot Crooks on the roof and attempt to tell law enforcement
- 18:11: Crooks opens fire. He is fatally shot by Secret Service counter snipers 26 seconds later

I find it interesting that the BBC chose the headline ‘Trump Gunman flagged by Secret Service 20 Minutes Before Shooting’, when by their own timeline we can clearly see that the shooter was identified an hour before. The part about ‘losing track of him’ is hilarious by the way. You lost track of a 20 year old on the opposite rooftop? Ok then.
Something else the BBC leaves out of its article is that the ‘photo’ they say was reported at 17.45 was actually taken at 5.14. Why did it take 31 minutes for that picture to be reported? Suspicious activity was reported both at 17.45 and 17.52. The man had a rangefinder. Trump was not shot until 18.11. How long do you need to identify a threat and subdue the target?
Reports suggest the SS had not attended the planned 9AM security meeting, nor were the SS on the same radio security channel frequency as local law enforcement. Why not? This meant there was zero communication between the only people who could have prevented this happening, adding weight to Alexander and Murphy’s previous claims that Crooks must have had help.
At the time of writing police have been ‘unable’ to recover any data from Crooks mobile phone which is mind boggling given the technological capabilities of intelligence agencies these days. You can’t break in to a 20 year old kid’s phone? I refuse to believe personally that anyone could be that incompetent let alone the SS.
More than one shooter?
In the days following the shooting, stories have emerged that there was more than one shooter there that day. These have also been dismissed as conspiracies and false information. However, with all the incompetence surrounding shooting, they might be worth taking a second gander at. One of the stories involved video footage of a second gunman situated on top of a water tower. He was allegedly said to be wearing a sniper uniform and holding a rifle. This would add weight to the argument that Crooks had sufficient ‘help’, unfortunately the footage is way too grainy to positively identify a second shooter. In fact the footage is so bad you can’t make out much of anything to be honest.
The second story however, I find a lot more interesting. A video was posted on Rumble shortly after the attempted assassination by an individual called Marndin. The video, https://rumble.com/v571b8d-trump-assasination-attempt-false-flag.html, showed the suspicious activity of an SS agent who was seen firing multiple shots aimlessly at an unspecified target. Moreover, the footage also highlights that three of the agent’s shots were fired at the exact same time that Trump happened to turn his head to the right and then go down holding his right ear. This did not become relevant to me until CNN hired a forensic audio expert to investigate the matter further. The conclusion was that more than one weapon had been fired during the shooting.
The actions of this agent is something no one is really talking about which surprises me and only further arouses my suspicions that this was in fact an ‘inside job’. The focus of the mainstream media has not been on this agent but the actions of another. Video footage of a female SS agent panicking and seen struggling to get her gun back in the holster circulated the news and media outlets. People were outraged at the ‘incompetence’ (that word again). This footage and media attention took all the focus off the agent they should have been looking that day. The one seen randomly shooting for no apparent reason…but maybe there was a reason.
In the first few days after the assassination attempt, any argument that this was ‘inside job’ were shut down when the New York Times released a picture of one of the bullets flying by Trump’s head in mid-air. But what does this really prove? How do we know this wasn’t one of the random bullets fired by the suspicious a SS agent? The picture proves nothing. Recently, several accusations have come out suggesting the picture was an edited concoction in the first place which wouldn’t surprise me. Why would they do this unless they were trying to cover something up?
Stories such as the ones involving the fumbling SS agent and the ‘bullet picture’ create media narratives and shift focus away from where attention is needed. For instance, of the shots Crooks fired that day, one was said to have killed a Dallas fireman, Corey Comperatore (50). Two hit and injured crowd members David Dutch (57) and James Copenhaver (74), while another grazed Trump’s ear. Later reports revealed Crooks fired 5-8 shots. Was this really all Crooks or was there someone creating a distraction by firing multiple random shots at the same time as him? For a photo opportunity perhaps?

Speaking of photo opportunities, can anyone explain to me why Trump was allowed to stand posing with his fist in the air screaming ‘fight’, mere minutes after being shot? The SS had enough trouble identifying Crooks as a threat, how did they know there weren’t multiple shooters waiting patiently to deliver the final kill shot? There is no way in the world any former President would be allowed to even raise his head again in the presence of such a threat let alone be allowed to stand there posing!
The image of Trump standing there, fist raised with blood on his face instantly became an iconic picture in the mainstream media with even the harshest Trump critics being forced to concede that they respected the gesture.

The day following the shooting, Trump was out playing golf. The footage was filmed by several news outlets. At one point Trump turns to the camera and says ‘unlike the shooter, I don’t miss’. It is all a bit too perfect isn’t it? One might be forgiven for mistaking this for a scripted scene from a Hollywood movie…
